How to Install: Download the trial version either from this website of from a partner website. Click on the exe file to launch the set up process. The setup process will walk you through step by step. If you are unsatisfied with the product then simply unistall it.

How to register your trial version: To make your trial version of the software full functional, you must purchase a license key and then enter it into the program. You may purchase license keys here.

How to uninstall: After installing the software and try it, you have the option to either purchase a license and make the software fully functional or you can uninstall it. To uninstall the software, simply find the program listed on your START bar and choose "uninstall." No further action is reuqired.

What if I lost my registration key? Email us and we will be happy to replace it.

I lost my program file what do I do? Download it again from our download webpage.

My Browser Stopped responding when I started the downloading process. What happened? You may have been trying to access our web site during a busy period. Please try downloading again.

When will I receive my activation code after purchasing? You will receive your activation code instantly.

I lost my activation code. What do I do? You will need to contact us with your receipt number for purchase verification.

The license key you gave me is invalid. What do I do? The license key is a long sequence of letters and numbers that can be easily confused when typed.

Do I get free software upgrades and new release? Yes, most of our products include a period of free upgrades for registered users.

How do I upgrade my installed software? If your products has a "live update" feature the just click on it and it will install the most current version.

Technical Questions

Does your software conflict with other software installed on my computer? There are no known conflicts between our software and other products.

How do I tell if my product is a fully function registered version? Simply run the program and if it completes what it is intended to do, then it is fully functional.

How do I obtain a fully functional version of my trial software? You must first purchase a license, then after receiving a serial code, enter it into the software. This makes the program fully functional.

I'm having problems with the "Live Update" feature. How do I fx this? The problem you are experiencing is generally due to one of the following three reasons: 1.) No Internet connection - please ensure you are connected to the Internet when attempting to perform a Live Update. 2.) Firewall / Proxy Server blockage - you may need to temporarily disable your firewall or proxy server to perform Live Update. If possible, place the 'liveupdate.exe' on your firewall or proxy server's 'Allowed Processes' list. This will allow you to run future Live Updates with your firewall or proxy server enabled. 3.) Virus Scanner interference - you may need to temporarily disable your virus scanner to perform a Live Update, as these could determine the download as an attempt to infect your computer with a virus.
